EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use this page to tell us that you want to exercise your legal right of withdrawal for an eligible online order. You do not need to give a reason.
How to use this page
- Complete the form with your order details and the item or items you want to withdraw from.
- Review your details, then confirm and send the request.
- We will receive your request and contact you by email with the next steps for returning the goods, when a return is needed.
Important information
The usual EU withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a person indicated by you, receive the goods. Some products may be excluded by law. Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us that you are withdrawing.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
