What materials are used in Pamuuc's products?

Pamuuc's products are made with 100% organic cotton and some items incorporate a blend of cotton and linen. We carefully select our raw materials to ensure sustainability and comfort.

Where are Pamuuc's products manufactured?

All of Pamuuc's products are crafted in Barcelona, Spain. We take pride in our local production, ensuring that every stage of manufacture meets our high standards of quality and ethics.

Orders & Shipping

Can I change or update my order?

Since we process our orders quickly, it isn’t possible to change or update your order once it has been placed. However, you can reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any address changes before the order is packed for shipment.

What’s the status of my order?

We process all orders within 2 working days after the order is placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after 2 working days, you can always reach out to us for assistance.

Can I refuse a package upon delivery?

Yes, if you do not wish to receive your package, you can refuse it and it will be automatically returned to us. Let us know if you do so, and we will process your refund once the package is returned to our warehouse.

Where do you ship to and what is the expected delivery time?

We ship only in Europe with an expected delivery time of 1-4 days when products are in stock, otherwise we will communicate with you the shipping date when products are in pre order.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

No, as we only ship within the EU you will not incur any taxes or duties in your shipment.

Sizing

What size am I?

We provide a size guide on all of our product pages to help you find the right fit. If you’re in between sizes, feel free to contact us with your measurements for personalized assistance.

What if the size I order doesn’t fit?

If the size you order doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size by registering for a return. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please register your return on our website. You’ll receive a prepaid return label to print. Once we have received and approved your return parcel, we will process your refund, create a gift card, or send your exchange item(s).

What’s your return policy?

You can return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your parcel. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Can I exchange something for a different product?

Yes, if you want to exchange your purchase for a different product, you can ask for store credit when registering your return. Once we’ve processed your return, we will issue you a gift card to place a new order.

What if I return an order that I paid for by gift card?

If you return an order paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card.
