Pamuuc's Pre Order Method
Pre-order sustainable fashion
Pre-order Sustainable Clothing, Made to Order in Barcelona
Your size, made for you. Not sitting in a warehouse hoping someone buys it.
Pre-order means your clothes are made after you choose them, not before. Less unnecessary stock, better controlled production, and a clear timeline from our Barcelona area partners to your door.
The confirmed weekly batch is sent to our production partners the next morning.
Usually around the Friday of the following week after production starts.
Once dispatched, GLS delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

How Our Made to Order Process Works
At Pamuuc, we work with a weekly pre-order system. This means we do not produce large quantities in advance and hope they sell later. Instead, we collect real orders during the week, then produce only what has actually been chosen.
The pre-order window opens every Monday and closes every Sunday at 23:59. During that time, you can choose your piece, select your size and colour, and place your order as usual. Once your order is confirmed, it joins that week’s production batch.
When the pre-order window closes on Sunday night, the batch is locked. On Monday morning, we send the confirmed orders to our production partners. From there, the process begins: the fabric is prepared and cut, the pieces are sent for embroidery or finishing when needed, then everything moves into manufacturing. Each garment is made, checked, packed and prepared for shipping.
You choose your piece, size and colour, then place your order as usual.
The weekly batch is locked and your confirmed order joins the production plan.
We send the confirmed orders to our partners for fabric preparation, cutting, embroidery, finishing and manufacturing.
Each garment is checked, packed and prepared for dispatch. Once it leaves us, you receive GLS tracking.

Why We Use Pre-order Fashion: Less Waste, Better Quality
Fast fashion works by guessing. Brands predict what people might want, produce stock in advance, then discount or dispose of what did not sell. We do not want to build clothing around guesses.
Because each weekly batch is made after the orders are placed, we produce with more precision. It helps us avoid unnecessary stock, reduce overproduction and work in smaller, better controlled batches.
It also gives our production partners a clearer rhythm, because every garment they make already has a person waiting for it. The person cutting and stitching your piece is not racing to fill a warehouse. They are making something specific, with care, because you chose it.
03
What Happens After You Place Your Order
After checkout, you receive your order confirmation. Your size is reserved, your place in the batch is locked, and your order is included in that week’s production plan.
Once the weekly window closes, we send the confirmed batch to production. Materials and trims are prepared, fabric is cut, embroidery or finishing is completed when needed, and each garment moves through manufacturing, checking, packing and preparation for shipping.
Because every weekly batch is made after the orders are placed, delivery takes a little longer than a standard in-stock purchase. We estimate that pre-order pieces ship around 12 days after the weekly window closes. In practical terms, that usually means shipping around the Friday of the following week after production starts.
This timing is an estimate. It can sometimes be a little faster, and during busy production periods it can take slightly longer. What matters most to us is that the process stays clear. You will be kept updated at the important steps, from production start to preparation and dispatch.
You know when your batch moves forward.
You know when the order is being finished and prepared.
You receive GLS tracking once the parcel leaves us.
GLS usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Cancellations, Returns & Delivery for Pre-orders
Pre-order does not mean you are locked in. It means we both commit to doing this properly.
Because production starts after the weekly window closes, orders cannot be freely edited once the batch has been sent to production. Before Sunday at 23:59, we can usually help with corrections if you contact us quickly. After the weekly pre-order closes, the order has already entered the production process, so changes become much more limited.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Once the return is approved, we refund the product value. Pamuuc covers 50% of the return shipping cost.
In-stock items ship across the EU in 2 to 5 business days. Pre-order pieces usually ship around 12 days after the weekly window closes, with GLS delivery taking 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
In short
A little more patience, a better way to make clothes
Pre-order asks for a little more patience, but it allows us to make clothing in a more careful and honest way. Fewer guesses. Less unnecessary stock. More attention to the pieces that are actually going to be worn.
