Pre-Order Items
Most Pamuuc garments are made on a pre-order basis. This means we only produce what’s needed — helping reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep prices fair.
When you pre-order, your purchase directly supports the local production of your item. The current batch will begin shipping from May 15th. Throughout the process, you’ll receive email updates so you know exactly where things stand.
After the pre-order window closes, we produce a small amount of extra stock to accommodate size changes and late orders. These are available at full price and ship within 2–5 business days.
All pieces are made locally in and around Barcelona, using certified low-impact fabrics and ethical labor practices. We take time to do things right, and your patience helps make that possible.
In-Stock Items
If an item is already in stock, we’ll prepare and ship your order within 1–2 business days.
Delivery across the EU typically takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase and a separate notification with tracking details once your order ships.
In-stock items are usually from previous pre-orders or limited archive pieces, available in small quantities and priced at the full rate.
Packaging & Delivery
Every order is packed with care using recyclable, plastic-free materials. It’s all part of our commitment to a low-impact process — from thread to doorstep.
We ship exclusively within the European Union using trusted carriers like GLS, UPS, or DHL Standard.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
We partially (50%) cover return shipping costs. Once the item is received and approved, we’ll fully refund the product price minus 50% of the return cost. Please note that the original shipping fee, if paid, is not refundable.
