Shipping rates by country

Rates below apply after your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times count from the dispatch date, not from when you place your order.

Shipping thresholds and rates must always match the live checkout configuration. If the checkout is updated, update this table at the same time.

How pre-order shipping works

Pamuuc works in weekly pre-order batches. Orders placed from Monday to Sunday are grouped together. The weekly window closes every Sunday at 23:59. On Monday morning, the confirmed batch is sent to our production partners.

Here is the full sequence from order to delivery:

1. The weekly batch is confirmed on Sunday at 23:59.
2. On Monday, production is given the confirmed order details: colours, sizes and quantities.
3. Fabric is prepared and cut to the confirmed specifications.
4. Embroidery and finishing are planned and applied where needed.
5. Garments are made, checked for quality, and packed.
6. Your parcel ships and you receive a GLS tracking email.

We estimate dispatch around 12 days after the weekly pre-order closes. This is a realistic estimate based on a normal production week, not a guaranteed day. If a batch is larger or more complex than usual, we will keep you updated before dispatch.

In-stock items

Some pieces may be available in limited stock after a pre-order cycle. In-stock orders are prepared more quickly than pre-order batches and typically dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery from dispatch takes 2 to 5 business days depending on destination.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to correct a size, colour or any other detail, contact us before Sunday at 23:59. Before the weekly window closes, changes are usually manageable. Use the contact page and include your order number.

Once the weekly window closes, your order enters a production batch and changes become very difficult. The current cancellation fee after weekly close is €10. This must remain aligned with the live Returns page and checkout policy at all times.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, clean and returned with all original labels attached. The current return fee is €8, deducted from the refund once the return is received and approved.
