Made-to-Order, the Pamuuc Way

1. Why we chose made-to-order

Roughly one third of the world’s clothes are never worn. We’d rather skip that part and focus on pieces that already have a future home — you.

• No guesswork — we cut the exact colours and sizes you request.
• No storage costs — your price stays honest because we don’t pay rent for stock rooms.
• No waste — fabric ends up on shoulders, not in landfills.

2. The weekly timeline

Order window: Monday → Sunday 23:59

Place your order any time during the week. Everything confirmed before Sunday night joins the next batch.

Monday: fabric is cut

We start cutting and sewing in our Barcelona workshop. This takes about three to five working days.

Finishing touches

Labels, embroidery, a careful quality check — three calm days to make sure everything feels right.

On its way

Your parcel leaves our studio in a recyclable sleeve and heads to you. From Sunday cut-off to dispatch, count roughly two weeks. You’ll receive friendly email updates at every step.

3. What it means for you

• Fresh craft. Your garment hasn’t waited on a shelf.
• Fair pricing. No hidden warehousing costs.
• Room to change your mind. Edit or cancel until Sunday 23:59.
• 30-day returns. If the fit isn’t perfect, send it back — half the return postage is on us.

4. Fabric & craft

One soft, breathable 55 % cotton / 45 % linen blend, 215 GSM, OEKO-TEX® and European Flax certified. Same fabric across the Summer 2025 line to keep leftovers near zero.

5. Ordering, shipping & returns

Ordering

Select colour and size, checkout, and relax — we accept all major cards, PayPal, and Bancontact.

Shipping

• EU-wide. Rates appear at checkout.
• Tank tops in stock. They leave right away and usually arrive within two to five business days.
• Made-to-order items. Follow the timeline above.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an unworn item. We split GLS return costs 50/50 and refund the garment price (original shipping is not refundable).
