Shipping & Pre-Order Information

We deliver across the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom. Delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Below you will find our EU shipping rates and a clear explanation of how our Pre Order campaign works.

Shipping Rates by Country

Pre-Order Campaign & Timeline

From 1 September to 12 October 2025 we are running a Pre Order campaign. During this window you can place your order and you can cancel and receive a full refund at any time before shipment, no questions asked.

• How it works: We group orders each week, plan production with our partners, and keep you informed by email at each step.
• Production flow: Cutting and sewing in the Barcelona area, labels and embroidery locally, knitwear at Sompunt in Lleida.
• Dispatch: When your piece is finished, we ship within 1 to 5 business days. Transit usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Cancellation during the campaign: Any order placed between 1 September and 12 October 2025 can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment, without any explanation required. After shipment, the normal return rules apply.

In-Stock Items

Some items, like tank tops, are kept in stock. We prepare and dispatch in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Packaging & Delivery

We pack orders in recyclable, plastic free materials. We deliver within the EU using trusted carriers like GLS. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

If something is not right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Start your return through our GLS Return Portal. We subsidise the cost and you pay a flat fee of €8, deducted from your refund.
• Original outbound delivery fees are not refunded for goodwill returns. Statutory withdrawals follow the legal rules in our Returns and Refund Policy.
• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you need.

Final Notes

Unless another date is agreed at checkout, delivery occurs within thirty days of purchase. Risk passes when you or your nominee take physical possession of the goods. If you choose your own carrier that we do not offer, risk passes when we deliver the parcel to that carrier. If we do not deliver within thirty days and no different date was agreed, you may set an additional period for delivery. If we still do not deliver within that period, you can terminate the contract and we will refund all sums paid without delay.
